How much do your therapy sessions cost?

My sessions are $220 for a 50-minute individual therapy session and $135 for a 75-minute group therapy session.

Do you accept insurance?

No, I am out of network with all insurance plans. However, I provide a superbill after each session for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement from their health plans. If you are unsure about this, you can contact your insurance company to ask them if your plan includes any out-of-network reimbursement for therapy. If so, ask how much your plan reimburses for a 45-minute therapy session (CPT code 90834).

Do you offer a sliding scale/reduced rate?

Yes, I keep a number of spots on my schedule for people who need to access therapy at reduced rates. These spots may or may not be available at any given time. If you feel you may need a sliding scale, feel free to reach out and we can discuss it!

Do you offer virtual or in-person therapy?

Accepted Answer

I offer both in-person therapy at my office in the DuPont Circle area of Washington DC, and virtual therapy for residents of the District of Columbia and Maryland. I strongly recommend that we meet in person if it's possible for you, but I realize that some have limitations that make virtual a better fit. Some of my clients come in person when they are able and meet with me virtual on other days.
